We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate physical therapist to join our team. As a physical therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using a variety of techniques and modalities to help them recover from injuries or illnesses, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals
- Use a variety of manual therapies, exercise techniques, and modalities to help patients improve their strength, mobility, flexibility, and endurance
- Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and strategies for managing pain, preventing re-injury, and optimizing their overall health and wellness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain the highest standard of professional accountability with respect to safety, compliance, culture, efficiency, effectiveness, the APTA Code of Ethics, and legal issues
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, ensuring patient comfort and well-being
- To assist in other facility functions as requested
Physical Demands
- Possibility of heavy work requiring moving objects in excess of 100 lbs
- Frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs or more
- Constant standing and walking involved in performing the essential elements of the job
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of Georgia
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and their families
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field
- Previous experience in an outpatient setting is required but not essential
- Able to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings and weekends

We are seeking a friendly and organized administrative assistant to join our physical therapy clinic. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, managing appointments and schedules, maintaining accurate records and files, and providing overall administrative support to the management team.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them in checking in for appointments
- Schedule appointments and maintain an accurate and up-to-date schedule
- Manage patient records and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Answer phone calls and emails by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Assist physical therapists, staff, and patients as needed
Physical Demands
- Frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 10 lbs or more
- Frequently or constantly lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and iOS Apps (iWork)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing preferred, but not required
